Product Warranty

In general most products selling in Le Gadgets Digital life will be covered by warranty, but different products will be covered by different warranty type, the warranty type is stated in'Additional Info' tab of each product page.

  • Original Manufacturer Warranty
This warranty type is covered by the Malaysia authorized distributor or original manufacturer warranty, meaning this is Malaysia official warranty, products that required to repair or perform warranty claim should be sent direct to the Authorized service center / Manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor located in Malaysia.

  • International Original Manufacturer Warranty
This warranty type is covered by the Original Manufacturer Warranty, the manufacturer might be located in other country thus the buyer will have to ship the product direct to the overseas manufacturer to perform repair or warranty at his/her own cost.

  • Warranty by Le Gadgets
This warranty type is covered by Le Gadgets Digital life, for the products that direct import from oversea or not through the official distributor. Le Gagdets normally provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer's warranty, the only possible different is the warranty period. The warranty period will be always stated in the products page. In case of the products that required to repair or perform warranty claim buyer should be sent direct to Le Gadgets Digital life together with the purchase proof. Buyer is required to return the product to the following address at his / her own cost, the repaired product will return to buyer without any additional cost.

Return Policy

  • Le Gadgets reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. 
  • Not All Products are Returnable.
  • Buyer must get approval from Le Gadgets prior to returning a product within 7 days from the shipped date.
  • Product must be in  original unopened condition / Origina Sealed / Unused condition.
  • Buyer must ship the product to Le Gadgets address as below at his/her own cost.
  • Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost during the return shipping, thus is advisable to insured on the expensive products with the courier service company.

Restocking Fee: Unless the product is Dead on arrival or due to the mistake made by Le Gadgets , a 15% restocking fee base on the product price + Shipping Cost will be charged to the buyer.

Dead On Arrival: For a faulty or defective product found on arrival,  Within 7 days from the shipped date, we will exhcange the defective products and Le gadgets will resposible for the return shipping cost, a coupon code valued equivalent to shipping cost will be issued to the customer for used on next purchase. If customer report the issue after 7 days from the shipped date, customer will have to ship the product to Le Gagdets for warranty claim at his / her own cost (no product exchange allowed).
